I’m Jean-Pierre; a highly qualified and experienced educational leader, innovator and coach, based in Hong Kong and working with internationally-minded schools and educators worldwide.

My mission is to provoke deep insight and craft sustainable change. Through strategic planning, coaching, bespoke professional learning and compassionate leadership, we’ll build the adaptive education that you and your learners deserve.

WHAT I DO

Education for me has always been about the people involved.

Over a decade of educational leadership has taught me that effective 21st-century teaching and learning can only ever be as strong as the values, people and relationships that drive it.

Because when educators feel joyful, engaged, and able to do their best work, their learners do too.

Yet how can we support the continual innovation and development of pedagogy, curriculum and technology, while sustaining the key human element in education?

At its heart, my approach focuses on empowering educators through bespoke professional development, individual and team coaching, and innovative curriculum design.
